I had a couple of thousand users suddenly appear on the site, all with names like "Free Auto Insurance" etc. Seems like spammers now are using actual usernames as their weapon without even posting anything!
So for now I have disabled the ability to create a new user here on madprops.org. This doesn't affect your Comicster registration key or anything - just the ability to sign up and post on the forum.
